Dr. Alex Veronda PT, DPT, OCS
I’m a physical therapist who’s passionate about helping people move with confidence and live without pain. Since moving to Fort Collins after graduate school in 2018, I’ve primarily practiced in outpatient orthopedics, earning my Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification to deepen my understanding of movement and injury and have treated across the spectrum of age, ability, and diagnosis.
Over the years, I’ve learned that lasting results come from treating the whole person, not just the injured area. My approach blends evidence-based care with curiosity — looking at how the entire body works together, rather than focusing on individual parts in isolation.
For three years, I worked as a traveling physical therapist, treating outdoor athletes of all ages across the country — from climbers and hikers to skiers and runners — helping them return to the activities that inspire them most. Those experiences shaped my belief that physical therapy should empower people to pursue their biggest adventures with resilience and joy.
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me hiking, rock climbing, skiing, or paddleboarding around Colorado with my husband, Sean, and our dog, Koda.
