Frequently Asked Questions

  • Basecamp provides skilled, evidence-based physical therapy. Your session may include:

    • Manual therapy

    • Dry needling

    • Exercise prescription

    • Running or gait analysis

    • Performance assessment

  • In order to not compromise your care, we do not currently accept insurance. If you would like to submit for reimbursement for out-of-network care, you may ask for a superbill at your initial evaluation. We do accept FSA/HSA cards for payment.

  • In the state of Colorado, Physical Therapy is direct access. What this means is your MD does not need to refer you to PT and you can simply call to schedule. If you have concerns that your condition or injury needs to be first evaluated by and MD, feel free to call to discuss with your PT further.

  • For your first appointment, Alex will review your medical history and dive into what you are seeking PT for. This will include a thorough assessment to formulate a diagnosis and plan of care. Together, you will set goals for therapy to get you to your peak performance. Depending on the time, Alex will hope to get some treatment in during your first appointment as well.

  • Alex offers virtual services for patients who reside in Colorado.

  • Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of $75 to the card on file. We do understand life happens. Each patient will receive one "freebie" cancellation before accruing a fee. Please contact us if you have any further questions.
